Land & Air Surveying is a full service land surveying firm providing services ranging from minor lot line adjustments to large subdivision maps for multi-unit planned communities. At Land & Air Surveying we use state- of-the-art technology to assist our surveying work. Utilizing the exciting advances in current and future surveying technology to enhance our productivity is one of our company’s primary goals.

We offer our clients the following performance commitment:

• Your project will be prepared and overseen by a principal with over 20 years of surveying experience.
  

• To provide you with the best information to assist your decision making, we will advise you of potential cost effective and cost saving options whenever possible.
  

• We will provide you with a project schedule, and keep you up to date on the progress of your project. Telephone calls will be returned within twentyfour hours.
  

• All of the drawings produced by Land & Air Surveying are produced and deliverable in digital form (computer disk): ASCII, DGN, DWG, DXF or .PDF files. We produce the digital products required by the projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  

• Budget Control: Land & Air Surveying will submit a proposal/budget with our cost submittals during contract negotiations. It will include a commitment to the following constraints:
  We will not spend our clients’ dollars on unauthorized work. We will not do field surveying without our clients’ authorization.
